How do I schedule a Jump Trax party?

When is the deposit due?

When you book the party, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due. The remaining balance can be paid at the front desk on the day of your party via cash, credit, debit or gift card. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.


How many guests is a party allowed?

The number of guests varies depending on your choice of party package.  Parents and all other adults over 18, as well as the birthday boy/girl, are free.  Additional guests can be included for an additional fee.  All participating children are charged regardless of age.  Due to the size of our party rooms, we do not recommend going over 32 children per party.  See our Party Packages page for complete details on guest limitations and fees.  


When should we get to the party and do all adults need to stay?

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the party to check in.  The party host/hostess does need to stay but all other adults have the option to leave. 

                          

How do we check in?

Upon arrival, all partygoers must have a completed and signed waiver by a parent or guardian.  This is for insurance and safety purposes.  For your convenience, the waiver is included in the invitation, but extras are also available at Jump Trax.  Once the waiver is completed, the party attendant will go over our rules for play.  Then, they leave their shoes at the door and get ready to jump!  Socks are always required.  As a reminder, this is written on the invitation.  Socks are available for sale, just in case anyone forgets.


How does the party start and end?

  1. We start all parties in Arena 1.  Then, after about 45 minutes of play, partygoers are alerted to move into Arena 2.  Again, they play in Arena 2 for about 45 minutes, then move onto the party room for pizza and/or cake and ice cream.  Partygoers and adults are not allowed extra time in or to re-enter the Arenas.  The party room will be set up with napkins, plates, utensils and drinks by your Party Coordinator.  Depending on the food options you choose (i.e. pizza and/or cake and ice cream), the Party Coordinator will also serve the food.  This makes it very easy for the Host/Hostess to relax and enjoy the party.  We are responsible for cleaning the party room.


Can a partygoer still jump and play if they are wearing a cast (sling, brace, or splint, etc.)? 

To ensure safety for everyone, partygoers wearing a cast or any other limiting medical device will not be allowed on the inflatables.  They are welcome to attend the party at no charge.


When do I order the pizza, drinks, ice cream, balloons, goodie bags, etc.?

A few days prior to your party, we will contact you via email and confirm your final count.  At that time, you can make your food and party orders.  Please note that our large pizzas have 8 slices that can be double cut into 16 smaller slices upon request, and that a typical order usually consists of 3-7 pizzas (LIMIT 10). Plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, utensils, and lighters for your candles are all included in your party package. Please remember no outside food or drink is allowed in Jump Trax except for cake or cupcakes.


Can I bring food/drinks to my party or something for the adults?

You may bring cake or cupcakes (don't forget the candles) to your party.  Unfortunately, no other outside food or drink is allowed.  Please remember your adult guests when placing your pizza order. 


May I bring in balloons, goodie bags and candles?

Yes, you may, but please ensure all balloons brought into the facility are weighted down.  For your convenience, Jump Trax offers both balloon and goodie bag packages. 


May I decorate the party room? 

You may use your own plates, cups, tablecloths, centerpieces and/or napkins in the party room.  We do not allow hanging decorations, face paint, silly string, streamers, pinatas or confetti to be used.


How do I reschedule a party?

The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable, but in the unfortunate event that you need to reschedule or cancel, you may reschedule your party within 3 months of the original date without losing your deposit if you provide notice of at least 48 hours. Please call us at 781-793-9500 ext. 0 to reschedule and note that we are typically closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

What if there is inclement weather?

If we are expecting severe inclement weather (i.e. a blizzard), and you feel it may be unsafe to travel, you may reschedule your party without losing your deposit. If we are forced to close due to a State of Emergency or unsafe local conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either to reschedule or issue a refund of your deposit.
